Glimpse of our electronics manufacturing
It is a process in which two or more items are joined together by melting and putting a filler metal solder into the joint, the filler metal having a lower melting point than the adjoining metal. Unlike welding, soldering does not involve melting the work pieces.
Surface-mount technology (SMT) is a method in which the electrical components are mounted directly onto the surface of a printed circuit board (PCB). An electrical component mounted in this manner is referred to as a surface-mount device (SMD).
QC Department is responsible for the analysis of every in-process testing of products in the under manufacturing process. QC Department ensures the analysis of every finished product before releasing it for sale in the market.
Manual assembly involves the composing of previously manufactured components and/or sub-assemblies into a complete product of unit of a product, primarily performed by human operators using their inherent dexterity, skill and judgment.
Wave soldering can be used in PCB assembly for both conventional through hole mounted components as well as surface mount components. However other methods such as infra-red reflow soldering are more applicable to the fine features being used today on printed circuit boards for surface mount components. As a result wave soldering is less widely used for PCB assembly than it was many years ago.
